Great location, near metro and harbor. Clean rooms with lockers and outlets. Friendly staff who fulfill requests. Enjoyed activities and met amazing people. Bathrooms had good water pressure.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. 24-hour reception with travel desk. Big and clean rooms with individual lockers and plug sockets. Fantastic social areas, especially the rooftop terrace. Well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Themed nights and events. Great location near Central Station.

This hotel was exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. the luxurious amenities were impressive and the service was top-notch. the room was spacious with exclusive advantages such as plush bedding and private facilities that made my stay comfortable and memorable. the location advantages were a bonus, with easy access to public transport.
My only minor frustration was with the Wi-Fi setup. Although it was not complimentary, the connection was good.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it is right across the street from the Central Train Station. It made transportation around the city incredibly easy. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, as it was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and always provided warm greetings and helpful tips for tourists. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped communal TV and kitchen area. We also enjoyed the theme nights that the hotel organized, such as pizza night and BBQ night. this hotel provided us with a very comfortable and enjoyable experience during our stay.
